Reduction, reuse, recycling and valorization have been the keywords of Alcocertex Ltd from the very beginning.
We make use of textile scraps from each part of the textile production chain such as spinning and fabric and clothing production, by reducing them to fibres using the process of fraying or shredding. This returns them to the start of the production line to become yarn, fabric and garments once again.
Since the early days of our company, when we focused on the fraying of cotton rags, we have followed a continuous policy of investment in machinery with the latest technology alongside a coordinated and dedicated team of workers. Our knowledge and experience has accumulated over the years, enabling Alcocertex today to process synthetic fibres, cotton and synthetic mixes, and natural fibres.
Our work is carried out to the highest standards, dedicated to our customers´ satisfaction
